Important Update: Changes to the Membership Application Workflow
This is an notice to all customers currently using or wanting to use the Membership Application feature on your Online Membership Form.
We’ve enhanced the Membership Application workflow by integrating the custom Survey/Form directly into the membership submission process. This update introduces a progressive, step-by-step format that guides users through each stage of the application more intuitively.
As a result, the custom Survey/Form no longer needs to be linked within the Thank You message or manually launched by the member after submitting the initial Membership Form.
This update is applied automatically to all membership forms utilizing the Application workflow. A new URL and Embed will be available for your online form. Just copy and paste the new code to your website. We also recommend reviewing and updating your Thank You message to remove any outdated survey links used with the previous workflow.
